Yes, as long as you think you want to be in a relationship at some point in your future, this program is right for you! We welcome anyone who is seeking to improve how they approach romantic relationships, even if it’s been a while since your last serious relationship.

While our program does discuss topics that are relevant for established relationships, such as conflict management and communication strategies, this program would not be right for you. Our classes are focused on helping single adults improve how they choose partners and enter into romantic relationships. It does not cover how established partners can strengthen and maintain their connection. Instead, we encourage you to check out programs that cater to the needs of couples, such as the Our Relationship program available on-line .

First, you’ll have a private intake meeting with your program coach so they can know more about you and make sure this program is a good fit for you. Then you will attend two-hour class sessions, once a week, for eight weeks total. You will also have the opportunity to complete surveys before and after the program, which help us evaluate how well the program works and your thoughts about your experience.

This program is absolutely free! It is provided at no cost to you. You can even earn gift card incentives if you finish the full 8 weeks of the program and/or if you decide to fill out surveys that help us to evaluate how well the program works.

Yes! Anybody who enrolls in this program is assigned a Program Coach. Your Program Coach is there to guide you through the program, check up on your progress, and serve as the person you can talk to about anything related to the program.

We take your privacy very seriously. Your identity and participation will remain confidential. Your information will not be given to anyone outside of the program team. Any personal information is securely stored and only authorized staff have access to the records. Your responses to the surveys will only be identified by a code number. When survey data is analyzed, your responses will be grouped together with other people’s responses. We will never report your responses alone such that they are linked to you in any way. For example, we might say, “70% of participants who completed our program showed increases in relationship confidence!” We will NEVER say, “Suzy Que [or your name here] completed our program and showed increased relationship confidence!”
